Program Coordination and Skills Training
CCADV provides program coordination and skills training to assist member programs to develop, enhance and improve their programs, policies and services. Program coordination and skills training is designed to address the specific needs of individuals and agencies to help them build their capacity to assist their clients to create safe and violence free lives.
Statewide Domestic Violence Hotline 888-774-2900
The statewide domestic violence hotline functions as an extensive telephone routing system. Calls to the hotline are automatically connected to the caller’s nearest domestic violence program based on the caller’s telephone number. CCADV manages problems with the hotline or when service areas are affected by changes in area codes or telephone exchanges.
Networking
CCADV provides opportunities for our member programs to come together for the purposes of networking and communicating among those working to end domestic violence.
Funding
CCADV provides funding to its member programs to support our Family Violence Victim Advocate Program, our Child Advocate Program and our Adult Advocate Program. In addition, the Coalition funds such special projects as the Docket Courts, the Rural Grant Project and the Victim Advocate Law Enforcement Program.
